I’ve been a boudoir photographer for over five years, and I focus on celebrating our self love in that genre. As I spent more and more time in the photography world, I realized a lot of moments (beyond boudoir) were going uncelebrated. We get our photos taken for senior pictures, on our wedding day, and maybe refresh the family photo for Christmas. What about all the other glorious in-between moments? I want to document those! I want you to celebrate how incredible all the little bits of your life are - your lifelong best friendship, the way your cat’s whiskers curl, and how your hand fits into your partners even after all these years. Your every day moments are beautiful pieces of art.

01. what are rainbow bridge sessions?


Rainbow bridge sessions are the whole reason I started Schmitt Photo Company. These are a wonderful way to celebrate your pet at the end of their life. These sessions include individual portraits of your pet, as well as family photos, showing all the love your have for that furry or scaly friend. If you know your pet's life is near it's end, let's talk. These sessions are pay what you can. You will never be turned away because you cannot afford a session.

02. who can book a shoot with you?


Anyone can book a session with me if they are looking for a unique, out of the box type of shoot. I do not photograph newborns, seniors, big weddings or children's portraits. There are already so many amazing photographers who do that (I can even send recommendations your way!) I'm interested in the other moments of your life like small elopements or micro weddings, pet portraits, best friend sessions, anniversary sessions, etc. If you have a unique idea, let's shoot!

03. When should I book?


You can book any time of the year. It takes me 2 weeks to edit digital photos, so book your session more than 2 weeks prior to the date you need them for. If you're booking a rainbow bridge session because you've created an end of life plan for your pet with your vet, contact me ASAP.


If you purchase physical art or prints, it can take several weeks for everything to arrive.
